Overview :
At Dorle Controls, we believe the most fulfilling place to work is where extraordinary people collaborate to solve difficult problems.
Drive end-to-end development of power converters for BMS and vehicle systems, including DCDC converters, on-board chargers, and housekeeping supplies. Lead topology selection, magnetics design, digital control strategy, and PCB / ECAD development in Altium. Collaborate with suppliers on component design, validate through simulation (LTSpice, MathCAD) and prototype testing, and ensure robust product delivery from concept to production launch.
