Duties include compiling and analyzing statistics; creating and distributing monthly and other financial reports as necessary for the customer service and collections divisions of Water Utilities, government agencies and professional associations; focusing on critical functions such as performance measures, KPI's, purchasing, budgeting, analytics and effective utility management; assisting with benchmarking survey and analysis of the cost of service as it relates to fees assessed in Chapter 52; determining fee alignment with cost of providing specific services; preparing ordinance for revisions to rates and fees; coordinating with Information Technology and Utility Billing to update, test, and implement new rates and alignment fees in the billing system. Duties also include giving direction and guidance to employees as a lead worker, project manager or internal advisor. A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in public administration, business, data science or a related field and two years of operational, management or data analysis experience required. Must have a high level of proficiency in MS Word and Excel. A rsum must be submitted with application.

PAY GRADE GG20 / FULL PAY RANGE $5,033 $7,091 PER MONTH
