Job Summary
The Quality Supervisor collaborates with teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The Quality Supervisor ensures that products and practices meet established quality standards by overseeing quality functions and implementing quality control measures.
What You Will Be Doing
What You Will Bring Along
Three to five years' experience in Quality Control or Engineering preferred. One to three years' experience in Continuous Improvement preferred. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Requires excellent writing skills. Preferred knowledge of industry standards quality specifications including ISO / TS16949, AS9000, MIL-Std-790. Must be able to read and understand internal Vishay and customer documents and drawings. Requires computer skills, including experience with WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and ADOBE ACROBAT PROFESSIONAL. Must have an understanding of statistical process control techniques used in manufacturing. Must be capable of becoming a certified Internal Auditor for ISO / TS16949.
