Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - DC Metro
The Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - DC Metro will be :
- Leading on-site construction activities and managing subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinating with project managers, clients, and vendors
- Maintaining daily reports and site documentation
- Managing schedules and resolving field issues proactively
- Overseeing work in occupied environments with minimal disruption
- Conducting inspections and ensuring punch list completion
- Supporting project closeout and turnover
