Call Centre Representative / Customer Support

Job Title : Call Centre Representative / Customer Support Client : Educational Location : Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite Role Duration : 03 Months (High Possibility of extension as well as conversion) Pay Rate : ($24-$25) hourly Shift : 3 to 6 weeks of training from M-F in between 5 AM and 5 PM. After training, the Shift will be fixed between 5 AM and 11 : 30 PM. Key Responsibilities : Answer and route high-volume calls for the University and Medical Center. Provide directory information, assist with conference calls, and support paging requests. Dispatch and coordinate medical emergency teams (e.g., cardiac arrest, trauma, fire, disaster recovery). Maintain call center databases, directories, and reference materials. Deliver after-hours communication support for the organization entities. Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center environment (medical / university setting preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills; polished phone etiquette. Ability to type 40–50 WPM with accuracy. Familiarity with paging / telecommunications systems and basic computer operations (Mac / DOS). Ability to remain calm, professional, and tactful under pressure.
