Job descriptionWork closely with Project Managers to transition successful bids into active jobs Participate in preconstruction meetings and cost planning Assist with value engineering and project phasing plans as needed Coordinate with clients, GCs, subcontractors, and vendors Maintain clear documentation of bids, revisions, and awarded jobs Represent the company professionally in all pre-award interactions 23 years of drywall estimating experience Familiarity with OST, QuickBid, and Microsoft Office Experience with structural framing and exterior systems Project experience with hospitals, casinos, hotels, and schools Average project size : $1M$19M Base Salary and Excellent Bonus Opportunity Healthcare 401(k) match Other company perks

What You'll Do : Estimating & Bidding
- Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates using On-Screen Takeoff (OST), QuickBid
- Analyze blueprints and specs to create competitive bids
- Account for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead
- Collaborate with internal teams to align estimates with client needs and timelines
