Speaking with potential clientsSorting new and old client callsFirm receptionist back upReceptionist for separate AI officeAll incoming intake callsWelcome guests and clients to office and help set up conference rooms for meetingsKeeping an organized, reliable, and hardworking demeanor at all timesPerform some receptionist and office assistant type functions.Intake assistant dutiesOrdering SuppliesWorking with firm vendorsQUALIFICATIONS :
Bi-lingual – Spanish speaking is requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have at least 2 years of experience at a civil law firm.Excellent oral, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.Mastery of the English language (verbal and written) including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.Ability to work independently and as a team, effectively and efficiently without significant supervision.Ability to track, prioritize, and complete multiple concurrent assignments with precision and on time.Exhibit professionalism by adhering to all firm policies, including attendance guidelines, dress code, security measures, and confidentiality requirements.Proficiency with Office 365 suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with the use of contemporary technology in law practice.Some overtime may be required.
