Job Title : Associate Tech / Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Tech / Machine Operator to join our team for the 2nd shift. This role involves setting up machines, tracking daily output, making minor adjustments, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with computer operations and working in a fast-paced environment, wearing protective gear as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily machine setups with basic computer literacy.
• Track daily machine output and equipment downtime.
• Compile daily reports for supervisors.
• Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot as needed.
• Wear latex gloves and face masks / clean room attire as required.
• Lift materials weighing 40+ pounds.
• Operate and be cross-trained on multiple machines.
• Move materials around the manufacturing floor.
• Lift materials into and out of machines.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment that is fast-paced and requires standing for 8-12 hours a day. The role involves highly repetitive short-cycle assembly with a casual dress code requiring close-toed shoes and provided eyewear. The schedule includes (2) 15-minute breaks and (1) 30-minute lunch break. Performance may lead to advancement into lead / controller positions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.97 - $20.97 / hr.
