Operator 1, Bakery-Sheeter (L7) - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Operator 2, Sheeter, and production team to maintain efficient line operations and communicate dough conditions / quantity to supervisors
• Stage and load dough onto sheeter line while monitoring dough flow and alerting leads to inconsistencies or defects
• Maintain flour dusters, assist with proofer plate movement, and ensure workstations remain organized and safe
• Set and monitor process control parameters, maintain accurate weight scales, and conduct regular quality control checks and weighing to meet specifications
• Inspect equipment functionality and report malfunctions immediately; maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow SOP procedures and utilize Aspire AOE training with Centerline and CIL daily management systems
• Participate in root cause analysis, daily area walks, and continuous improvement initiatives while training others on standard work procedures
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Shift : 3rd shift 10 : 00pm - 6 : 30am (Must be able to work weekends)

Hourly Rate : $20.00-$21.25
