Med / Surg RN Job Details – Lebanon, NH Location : Lebanon, New Hampshire (Zip : 03756) – New Hampshire nursing jobs Unit : Hematology / Oncology Inpatient Unit (24 beds Hematology / Oncology / Gyn Oncology & Med / Surg, 9 beds Hematology and Cellular Therapy) Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Start Date : January 5, 2026 End Date : April 4, 2026 Duration : 13-week travel nursing contract Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Shift : 12-hour shifts (7 : 00pm–7 : 00am or 7 : 00am–7 : 00pm; rotating days and nights) On-Call : Yes Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,100–$2,250 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – eligible for New Hampshire At least 1 year of recent Med / Surg or Oncology RN experience Experience with chemotherapy administration and managing side effects preferred Skilled in caring for patients with central lines, chest tubes, tracheostomies / laryngectomies, and complex wounds Ability to manage lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients Telemetry nursing experience Familiarity with IV drips such as Diltiazem, Heparin, Lasix, Insulin, or Amiodarone Med / Surg RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with hematologic and oncologic diagnoses (lymphoma, leukemia, ovarian cancers) Administer chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and radioisotopes as part of cancer treatment Monitor and manage side effects of oncology treatments Care for and maintain central lines, perform blood draws, and manage complex wounds Support post-surgical patients with lines, tubes, drains, and tracheostomies Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in on-call rotations as required Discover the benefits of working as a travel nurse in Lebanon, NH—enjoy hiking, skiing, and a welcoming community while making a difference in a leading healthcare environment.
