Job descriptionCompetitive compensation Robust benefits package including PTO 401k with company match Company cell phone Company vehicle (Pending Availability) Flexible Schedules Duties and Responsibilities : Conducts comprehensive initial nursing assessments including physical, emotional, and mental needs. Develops and implements an individualized plan of care in consultation with the client's physician and other agency personnel as appropriate. Counsels and educates the client and family in meeting end of life needs and the process of a life limiting illness. Manages and supervises LPNs and CNAs performance in implementing nursing services. Current Missouri Registered Nurse license in good standing. Preferred minimum of one year nursing experience within the last five years. Proficient in computer skills and technology to complete documentation of clinical records. Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate client needs. - For this role, you need to be a registered nurse that is knowledgeable in caring for the terminally ill with the goal of helping patients live their final days with dignity and comfort.
