General Labor + Machine Operator

Were hiring a dependable General Laborer to assist with daily tasks in a food processing environment. This role includes monitoring water levels on grinding machines and supporting basic operation of equipment such as compactors pumps conveyors and mixers. Ideal for someone with hands-on experience and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities :

Check and maintain water levels on food grinding machines

Assist with cleaning rinsing and flushing equipment to ensure proper function

Support operation of compactors pumps and conveyors

Help with loading / unloading materials and keeping work areas clean

Report any equipment issues or irregularities to supervisors

Follow safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements :

Previous general labor experience in warehouse manufacturing or food production

Basic machine operation knowledge preferred

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. work on your feet and bend / stoop

Comfortable in wet noisy smelly and fast-paced environments

Team player with good communication and attention to detail

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

Able to work outdoors

Bonus Skills :

Familiarity with pumps or water systems

Willingness to learn and grow in a technical setting

Pay Rate

• Starts at $17 per hour
