• Job Title : Staff Physical Therapist
• Location : Avera Tyler Healthcare Center
• Position type : Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours / Schedule : This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings : This position will treat patients in a variety of settings including home health, outpatient, SNF / LTC, and hospital inpatient.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.

Salary Description

$31.00 - $49.00 / hour
