Job descriptionLead and motivate an internal quotation, sales, and technical support team to ensure all requests for quotation are done properly and on time. Develop pricing and bid strategies. Interface with a network of sales representatives to determine the best strategy for each opportunity. Perform competitive and strategic analyses of your product’s market. Lead the new product development process for your product line. Coordinate with Production Control to ensure all orders are built and delivered according to customer specifications and meet all contractual requirements. Develop and execute plans on promotional efforts such as trade shows, conferences, sales meetings, and webinars.
Senior Design Engineer Skills
We are a well-established design and manufacturing company working on smart grid technologies for electric utilities around the globe, is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the following :
- Mechanical Design of castings, forgings and weldments.
- Validation and verification testing and certifying test reports of various products.
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Stress analysis and materials selection.
- Familiarity with any or all of the following disciplines : structural mechanics, high voltage power equipment, integrated circuits, and hands-on troubleshooting.
The candidate must have a BS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, excellent verbal and written communication skills and should have at least 10 years of professional experience. A PE license is also highly desirable.

Experience in the electric utility industry, preferably in transmission hardware, line design, engineering, etc.,
