Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise production staff in a one-shift operation
• Plan and prioritize daily workflow based on business needs and production goals
• Hire, train, and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with cleanliness and operational standards
• Manage labor costs, schedules, and productivity KPIs
• Coordinate communication between production, dispatch, and transportation teams
• Identify and address equipment issues, ensuring timely repairs and minimal downtime
• Enforce all safety policies and OSHA regulations, maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment
• Maintain daily production and performance reports
• Support and foster a positive, team-driven culture that values safety, accountability, and excellence
