• to join our team and oversee installation projects from start to finish.
• Position Overview

The

• Lead HVAC Installer
• is responsible for managing and executing the installation of HVAC systems. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership to guide a crew, ensure jobs are completed on time, and maintain our high standards of quality and safety.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead installation teams on residential HVAC projects.
• Install HVAC units, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and related components according to codes and company standards.
• Train, mentor, and oversee installers and apprentices.
• Communicate effectively with managers, customers, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and job site protocols.
• Troubleshoot issues during installation and provide solutions in real time.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization.
• Complete project documentation and ensure quality control.
• Qualifications
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay : $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
