Part-Time Primary Therapist

Job Title : Therapist (Licensed or Associate) – Adolescent In-Person & Adult Virtual IOP

Inward Healthcare is a locally owned and operated mental health program based in Long Beach, California. We provide in-person Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services for adolescents, and virtual IOP for adults.

Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, client-centered Licensed or Associate Therapists to join our team. This hybrid role includes working in-person with adolescents and providing virtual therapy to adults in our IOP programs. This role includes evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality client care
• Use creative and evidence-based approaches to support clients’ progress
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations
