Job Description
Overview :
We are seeking an Experienced Safety Personnel to join our team and ensure a safe working environment across our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, occupational health, and compliance management. This role is vital in promoting safety standards and ensuring adherence to regulations such as OSHA and NEC. You will be responsible for developing safety protocols, conducting training, and monitoring compliance to minimize workplace hazards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular safety audits and site inspections to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide training and guidance on safety practices, including proper use of PPE and emergency procedures.
- Investigate incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training for compliance purposes.
- Stay current with industry best practices, regulations, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
