This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of quality professionals, you will develop and implement quality processes for the design, test, and manufacture of various spaceflight systems. You must excel at solving sophisticated problems and providing operable solutions; act with minimal direction and on your own initiative; and be adaptable, as you will work on a variety of applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing and establish new Blue Origin configuration management processes to support needs across the enterprise.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate and recommend configuration and data management methodologies, technologies, and tools to support the organization\'s business objectives and future growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and support the integration of systems or applications.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at various levels across Blue Origin to identify configuration and data management needs, define requirements, and drive the implementation of scalable solutions.
• Create and continuously monitor process metrics and performance indicators, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Find opportunities for continuous improvement of quality processes and requirements.
• Develop and own instructional content and training courses on configuration and data management for the enterprise.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, promoting professional development and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Range For WA applicants is $152,484.00-$213,477.60

Benefits include : Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.

P aid Time Off : Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays. Discretionary bonus : Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
