Title : End Of Line Machine Operator

Location : Nampa, ID

This position is for C shift - Thursday through Saturday and E / O Wednesday from 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm.

Job Summary :

As a Packaging Machine Operator for Materne North America, you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of the packaging machine for the end of our manufacturing process.

Position Responsibilities :

• Operate high-speed packaging and palletizing equipment through touchscreen / HMI in a production environment
• Set machine to increase / decrease number of cases selected for different size formats
• Reset robotic arm positions after line shut down
• Load packaging materials into packaging machine and palletizing machine
• Set machine to increase / decrease number of pouches selected for different size packaging sleeves
• Break down machinery with hand tools to clean and sanitize
• Observe / inspect materials to identify contamination, foreign materials, uniformity, and quality
• Operate industrial carts and power hand carts
• Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of equipment
• Clean packaging and palletizing area and sanitize equipment
• Complete daily paperwork and reports
• Perform and complete sensory testing
• Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours
