About the role :
We are seeking a Lead Web Developer to drive the technical transformation of HoneyBook’s marketing site as we transition from a Gatsby server-side rendering framework to Webflow. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of a robust, scalable infrastructure that empowers the marketing team to rapidly experiment, integrate new features, and connect with third-party tools—while maintaining the highest quality standards.
This is an opportunity to shape the new face of HoneyBook’s marketing site from the ground up—playing a key role in both our replatforming and rebranding efforts—while making a lasting impact on how we attract and engage our audience.
This role is hybrid to either our San Francisco office or New York hub (preferred), and requires an in-office presence 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Base pay is $176k-$220k, depending on experience and skills.
