The Opportunity :

We're actively seeking a Tax Senior Manager who is ready to take the next step toward membership. You'll lead diverse tax engagements, develop and grow client relationships, and mentor our rising professionals-all while contributing to the strategic growth of our firm.

What You'll Do :

• Review complex tax returns (corporate, individual, partnership)
• Lead tax planning, consulting, and compliance across a broad client base
• Research and resolve technical tax matters, especially in multi-state contexts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and proactivity
• Mentor and lead team members, promoting a collaborative learning culture
• Contribute to strategic firm initiatives and business development
• Be a key part of the leadership team driving the success of BMSS
