FanDuel is looking for a talented and well-rounded Multimedia Content Producer to join our Casino Organic Social Team. This senior associate level role will play a key role on the Casino Brand & Organic Social team, responsible for producing and editing engaging longform videos, shortform videos, and graphics optimized for multiple social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have advanced video editing and graphic design skills, the ability to think like a producer, and the ability to identify, curate, and create content that ties back to our Casino brand and resonates across a variety of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Org Social community engagement and posting.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Create engaging digital videos for social content distribution both longform (30-60 min) and shortform content, utilizing mostly Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Produce thumbnails for YouTube, cover photos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and a wide variety of other graphics optimized for engagement on each social media platform.
• Produce and edit digital content needs for real-time meme content and other agile day-to-day social assets, along with large campaigns and long-term projects.
• Identify, curate, and create content that connects back to our brand and will resonate on social media in a way that leads to high engagement, views, and follower growth.
• Execute posts on Org Social platforms.
• Respond to comments and engage with other accounts on Org Social platforms.
• Develop After Effects and Premiere templates in order to make quick and repeatable work while maintaining quality and develop graphics for live and pre-recorded digital videos.
• Attend weekly production meetings and communicate to ensure we are meeting deadlines.

The applicable salary range for this position is $79,000 - $99,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits : medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
