Data Entry : Accurately enter caller information into our database while maintaining a seamless conversation flow.
Follow-Up : Conduct necessary follow-up with customers to ensure total satisfaction.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
Availability : Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to set your own schedule.
