Job descriptionMinimum of 10 years in construction management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Experience with large-scale civil and sitework for commercial projects. Previous experience in retaining wall projects is required Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Relevant certifications (OSHA 30-Hour, Certified Construction Manager, LEED AP) are a plus. Strong background in earthwork and civil site conditions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects. Will primarily work on construction sites with potential exposure to various weather conditions. Required to work extended hours, including weekends if needed. Up to 40% national travel required.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale civil and sitework projects. This role involves managing field crews, ensuring project execution aligns with safety and quality standards, and liaising with clients. If you have a proven track record in construction management and team leadership, we want to hear from you.
Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor Foremen and field teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate delays.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
