Customer Service Associate

We are in search of an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Collections / Customer Service Associate. This position will be an essential component of the Dext Corporate Collections and Customer Service Team.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Develop a good understanding of our financial services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with disputes and inquiries and reconciling payment history.
• Servicing accounts by investigating problems and finding resolutions regarding payments and customer service concerns.
• Utilize judgment to analyze customer accounts and establish repayment plans.
• Respond to customer emails regarding billing issues and general concerns.
• Problem resolution, investigating and resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our online systems.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service / Collections team and other departments as needed to create a positive and consistent customer experience.
