This role blends  direct patient care, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration  to improve health outcomes and reduce unnecessary utilization. Position Highlights

As an  Associate Medical Director , you will :

• Provide Comprehensive Primary Care  to a panel of members while leading an  interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervise and Mentor Providers , offering clinical guidance to physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Guide Population Health Strategies , mentoring care teams during  population health huddles  to achieve quality and utilization goals.
• Serve as a Clinical Leader , working alongside the  Medical Director  to provide support and decision-making for clinical staff.
• Represent Healthcare United  to  community-based organizations, hospital systems, and payer partners  as an advocate for high-quality care.
