Director, Data Science

Part of Omnicom's Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide subject matter expertise in digital marketing ecosystem modeling and insights, including in display, programmatic, video, social, email and direct mail.
• Leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence on behalf of clients to drive customer experience and marketing optimization.
• Data engineer prototypes of frameworks and models and create requirements for the technology team to implement tools promoted to production.
• Research and apply new data science techniques and tools to drive value for agency clients.
• Manage concurrent client projects, partnering with Analytics, Technology / Data, Strategy, Campaign, Project Management, and Media Planning teams to drive insights.
• Manage team of data scientists, including attracting, nurturing and retaining talent. Requirements :

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to : skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
