Job descriptionSocial Security Replacement (7.65% of Physician's Salary) Hospital Contributes 5% of Physician's Salary into Retirement Account Health Benefits- 1st of the month following start date. Supportive Team- Lactation Consultant, Breast Health Navigator, Nutritionist, & more! Clinic Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-12pm Current Call : 1 : 4 Level 1 Nursery 13 Bed Unit DaVinci Xl robot available Health System Deliveries : 600-800 per year 50 / 50 OB & GYN (access to several blocks per week for OR time) Employed or Independent Position Acadiana's First Baby-Friendly Designated Facility Work-Life Balance Patient Diversity (dynamic & fulfilling patient care experience) Opportunity to be Involved in Academics through Teaching Medical Students 2 hours from New Orleans; 3 hours from Houston 30 minutes to Lafayette Airport (Direct flights to Dallas, Houston, Atlanta & Charlotte)

Employed Physician Incentives :
- Student Loan Repayment
- Malpractice- Paid by Hospital
- CME Allowance ($4,000 / year)
- 30 Days of Paid Time Off, 5 days of Extended Illness Time and 5 CME days per year
