Job Description

USA Tools is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The BDR will support and develop our field sales team by traveling across Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa, and Clearwater, riding along with sales reps to assess performance, provide coaching, and increase sales and collections in the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ride along with sales reps to engage with customers and support product sales.
  • Evaluate truck operations including appearance, inventory, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management through performance meetings and weekly check-ins.
  • Support sales reps in meeting or exceeding sales and collection targets.
  • Travel between territories and stay away from home as required.
  • Survey areas for potential routes, drive sales trucks, and fill in for open routes.

First 30 Days Expectations

  • Comprehensive hands-on training with the team.
  • Territory assignment and learning sales strategies.
  • Meet and collaborate with the Route Sales Team.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ambitious, growth-oriented mindset.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid Driver's License (required).
