Job descriptionEach physician is supported by 1-2 APPs, 2-3 nurses, scheduler, and MA Dedicated full-time APP covers hospitals 7 days / week to streamline consults and rounding In-house infusion center with 29 chairs , on-site lab, admixture pharmacy, and genetic counseling Additional Support Center with Palliative care physician, behavioral health, PT / OT, Prosthetic fitting In-house Research Coordinators, Weekly tumor boards by subspecialty (GU, breast, lung, etc.) Base Salary : $650,000+ (1.0 FTE) Sign-On Bonus : $50,000 Relocation Assistance : $20,000 Guaranteed Annual Bonus : $20,000 in Years 1 & 2 PTO : 6 weeks + rotating Fridays off (65 days PTO as a partner!) CME Allowance : $4,000 annually Retirement : 401(k) + profit sharing contributions Partnership Potential : > Schedule : 4-day work week Monday-Thursday clinic, rotating Fridays Typical Clinic Volume : ~16-20 patients / day - ramp-up at a comfortable pace Call Schedule : 1 : 4 rotation - phone with pre-determined rounding times Minimal call due to robust hospitalist coverage Dedicated Oncology NP for Inpatient Call Outreach opportunities at 4 satellite clinics (optional, 1-2x / month) Affordable Living : Cost of living 15-20% below the national average ; median home price around $350K Education & Community : Excellent public and private schools, University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Big Ten), and Creighton University nearby Lifestyle & Entertainment : Husker athletics, concerts at Pinnacle Bank Arena, Lied Center for the Performing Arts, local breweries, and nearby lakes Convenience : 45 minutes to Omaha for additional dining, cultural attractions, and an international airport True Private Practice : Independence with equal-vote partnership Financial Upside : Partnership potential exceeding $1M annually Research Opportunities : 20+ trials, CRO collaborations, and academic partnerships Exceptional Support : Comprehensive resources and robust APP / nursing infrastructure Quality of Life : Predictable schedule, minimal call, and generous PTO Bridge employment gaps or transitions between permanent positions by taking on locum assignments, maintaining income and professional engagement during transitional periods.
