The Role

Oversees paid content and campaign performance across social media platforms, identifying ways to optimize performance and grow audience. Plans, manages and executes strategic paid campaigns across multiple platforms and audience segments to drive brand awareness, business unit objectives, and support growth of social media footprint.

• Oversees (hands on) setup and execution of paid social media campaigns across platforms, optimizing paid social media spends
• Actively measures performance and results of paid and organic content, tracking and monitoring department and individual campaign KPIs
• Manages reporting framework to drive actionable insights that inform content decisions

The expected range for the annual base salary for this position $75,000 $85,000. Any additional pay or benefits a person may qualify for, are not included in this range. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
