Job descriptionOversee audit teams and manage client relationships in a public accounting environment. Hiring immediately for a full-time leadership position. Based in the southeastern United States with flexible office arrangements. Expansion of the firm’s client base and need for experienced leadership. Supportive and collaborative team focused on quality, growth, and client service. Competitive and aligned with experience and leadership responsibilities. Lead audit engagements for a respected accounting firm, mentor junior staff, and support clients across various industries, including optional specialization in governmental and not-for-profit audits. Lead and review audit engagements from planning to completion Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors Manage client relationships and provide strategic guidance Ensure compliance with applicable standards and deadlines Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting CPA certification required 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm; prior supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results Experience in governmental / not-for-profit auditing is a plus If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
