We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Commercial Roofing Service Technician / Helper to join our dynamic team. As a key member of a two-person team, you play a crucial role in supporting roof repair operations by assisting the Lead Technician and performing essential tasks. This role involves technical expertise, hands-on work, and customer interaction to maintain high-quality service delivery while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Job Requirements :

License and Driving : Valid, clean driver’s license with the ability to drive for extended periods and navigate varying traffic conditions.

Experience :

Experience in the construction or roofing industry is preferred but not required.

Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of safety management and roofing manufacturer specifications.

Certifications : Willingness to obtain required OSHA certifications and other relevant training as needed.

Flexibility : Ability to work outside of regular hours and on weekends as required by job demands.
