The Project Manager will be responsible for the performance of project team members and will work closely with team members to provide high-quality deliverables on time and on budget to AE2S clients.
Responsibilities
Provide professional services for water engineering projects to include planning, study, design, and construction administration on projectsManage performance of assigned project team members including Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, and TechniciansMaintain existing client relationships and enhance pursued relationships with clientsIdentify, evaluate, pursue, and manage project opportunitiesProvide quality control and quality assurance on all project workMaintain budgets and schedules of project assignmentsCoordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetingsProvide mentorship for team members.Qualifications
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related fieldRegistration as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months4+ years of experience in municipal civil engineering, with a strong interest in the water market sector (Drinking Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, Water Resources)Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel as required for project / client responsibilities and business developmentAbility to work remotely and manage projects, clients, and project team membersKnowledge of design standards and permittingAll applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any / all of the following : criminal / civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulationsPreferred Qualifications
Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering8+ years of experience in municipal water engineering (Drinking Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, Water Resources)Project management experienceKnowledge of project financials & funding programsPhysical Qualifications
