As a Security Professional - Access Control Coordinator in Naples, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for access control duties at a local community location. Your primary focus will be to monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols of the premises, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Monday : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Saturday : 6 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

Sunday : 6 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Minimum Requirements :

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
