Job Details :

• Schedule : Weekends 5pm Friday - Monday 8am on call
• Salary : $82,000 - $85,000 annually
• Reimbursement : Mileage & Cell Phone reimbursement
• $5,000 Sign on Bonus

Role :

Responds to telephone requests at home from our after-hours Triage RN for assistance by addressing the request by telephone or by making an in person visit that includes skilled assessment and interventions which can include in person after hours admissions and end of life visits.
