Job Summary :
The Brand Specialist is responsible for managing, strengthening, and promoting the company's brand across all marketing channels. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, oversees brand-related projects, and supports marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market growth. The Brand Specialist works closely with sales, marketing, vendors, and leadership to maintain brand integrity and execute campaigns effectively.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Maintain and protect brand standards across all materials, communications, and platforms.Assist in developing and executing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.Manage the creation, organization, and distribution of branded assets (logos, templates, documentation, digital content).Review and approve brand usage across departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams for brand-related projects.Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and up-to-date product or company information.Collaborate with internal teams to gather new content, refresh outdated materials, and ensure the site reflects current branding and messaging.Review website layout, text, and visuals for brand alignment and quality.Coordinate with web developers or IT for technical changes, updates, and optimization needs.Assist with copywriting, proofreading, and content development as needed.Maintain brand asset libraries, guidelines, and documentation.Perform additional marketing or administrative duties as assigned.Required Skills / Abilities :
Strong understanding of branding principles and visual identity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.Strong organizational and project-management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Education and Experience :
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred.Experience in branding, marketing, or creative project coordination is highly preferred.Physical Requirements :
