Physical demands :

1. Mobility : The practice manager may need to move around the dental office frequently to oversee various areas, including the reception area, treatment rooms, and administrative offices. Required education and experience :

• Familiarity with the dental industry, including knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and regulations, is required.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management, is important for overseeing the financial operations of the practice.
• Experience supervising and motivating staff members, delegating tasks, and resolving personnel issues is essential.
