As an E xecutive Director , you will be responsible for the daily operations of a growing treatment facility. Demonstrated experience in managing key functions in a behavioral health system is required including teammate relations, human resources, marketing and growth initiatives, state and accreditation compliance, finance management, utilization, and admission flow. Must be able to create strong teams by infusing a positive culture. You will ensure all facility functions are delivered in accordance with state and federal guidelines, best practices and Pinnacle Treatment Centers policies and procedures.

Requirements :

Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes.
