As a Remote Travel Counselor, you'll join our highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business client, a multinational entertainment conglomerate. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am-12am and Saturday / Sunday 8am-10pm Eastern time. What you'll do on a typical day includes advising and arranging travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups), conducting analysis and research on travel options, arranging and booking domestic and international business travel, ensuring compliance to customers' agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements, and collaborating within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels.

What we're looking for includes passion for excellence in client service, native GDS expertise Sabre, three-five years of corporate entertainment and production travel experience only, professional communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information, resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier, and teamwork and openness to feedback.

Location : United States. The US national base salary range for this position is from $46,200.00 - $85,800.00. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and / or company performance.
