Overview

Organization Details : Independent, not-for-profit critical access hospital with 700+ employees and 90+ providers. New multispeciality clinic opening in 2026 on hospital campus. New grads and experienced candidates considered.

Position Details

  • Medical dermatology practice with optional aesthetics
  • Optional Mohs surgery volume
  • 4 clinical days per week
  • RN + MA support, with 4-5 exam rooms per provider
  • Outpatient only
  • No Call
  • Patients are currently booked out 15 months - you will be busy day 1

Compensation & Benefits

  • Up to $675K Base Guarantee + WRVU Bonus & $100K Sign-On
  • Tax deferment plan, malpractice insurance, and a robust PTO package providing 6 weeks off
