We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our 200+ product development organization and lead the adoption of new workflows integrating AI along the way and new use cases in our Smartly Creative suite. Smartly is growing fast and we need your experience and drive to help us continue at this velocity. As part of this role, you will be working as a member of the Product Development Leadership team for the company. You will have an opportunity to set a vision and strategy for creative suite tools with embedded AI, drive execution, and coach & champion creative tooling competencies at Smartly.

Here's What You'll Do...

• Set and drive the vision and strategy for many of our creative tools embedding AI in the process and workflow
• Define product roadmap for your responsibility areas
• Challenge and support colleagues to deliver innovative and high-quality applications based on machine learning
• Use your skills in data science and machine learning to understand how creatives work in online marketing and build new tools to optimize and automate our customers' work when it comes to asset, creative generation, refinement, semantic understanding and more!
• Validate new ideas and concepts by working closely with customers
• Partner with recruiting to help scale the team by actively sourcing and closing the best talent

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus an annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary.
