A company is looking for a Customer Experience Get Journey Manager to lead the onboarding experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Define the Get / Install and 90-day vision with success metrics and build a roadmap for execution
Maintain a prioritized backlog and lead agile delivery with cross-functional teams
Utilize customer and data insights to diagnose issues and improve the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
6+ years in product, customer experience, or operations with order-to-install journey ownership
Fluency in operations and funnel analytics, with SQL / BI experience preferred
Experience with AI and automation in scheduling, routing, and proactive support
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to make timely decisions
Customer-focused with a collaborative and change-oriented mindset
