Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls positively and efficiently
Accurately enter orders, manage communications regarding exceptions, and process Return Material Authorizations and Credits
Support the Marketing team by creating marketing materials and maintaining account relationships with key decision-makers
Required Qualifications :
Experience in a customer service role
Experience with data entry and utilizing an ERP system
Retail industry experience is a plus
