Job Summary :

To perform a variety of skilled maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure a smoothly run campus and learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors, and other similar equipment.
• Perform plumbing to include assembling, installing, repairing; pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and sewer systems, opening clogged drains.
• Perform carpenter duties which include the alteration, repair, and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, scaffolding forms, wood fixtures and furniture.
• Maintain tools in a clean and working condition and observe safety procedures when using tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance on college fleet.
• Responsible for refueling, washing, and general maintenance of fleet.
• Assist with grounds maintenance, deliveries, and inventories.
• Serve as back up shipping and receiving clerk when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour
