Job Details :

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Permanent Senior Superintendent to join our construction team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the construction of mission-critical facilities, including data centers and office buildings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, data center operations, and construction management. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring the highest level of safety and quality standards. Responsibilities :

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.

2. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on MEP installations, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

3. Manage the construction of mission-critical facilities, such as data centers and office buildings.

4. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.

5. Lead the on-site construction team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

6. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.

7. Prepare and present project updates to senior management, demonstrating a thorough understanding of project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

8. Ensure all construction activities align with environmental and industry regulations.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.

2. Proven experience in managing the construction of mission-critical facilities, such as data centers and office buildings.

3. In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and data center operations.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards successful project completion.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make effective decisions under pressure.

6. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.

7. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

8. Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or related fields would be an advantage.

9. A strong commitment to safety, with the ability to foster a culture of safety within the team.
