Remote Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal to support its in-house legal team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review company agreements, collaborating with internal departments and contract counterparties

Provide administrative support and conduct legal research for the legal team

Assist with privacy compliance and support merger & acquisition activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with a Paralegal certificate and 3-5 years' experience considered

Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program

A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Flexibility in daily work schedule to meet company / client needs

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
