CMS Customer Service Representatives

We are actively recruiting Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives, Claims Processors, and Administrative Support staff to join our growing team. Our centers provide support to insurance adjusters, insurance carriers and their customers during catastrophic events like hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes. This is not a licensed adjuster position.

As a member of the CMS team, you may provide a variety of services, including :

Performing accurate data entry

Do you have the skills and knowledge we need?

Optional (But Desirable) Skills :

Experience with database applications

Knowledge of estimating software

Multi-lingual proficiency beyond Spanish / English
