Job description
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with procedures
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner and eClinicalWorks
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
